staff needs a lesson in customer service extremely rude young kid and older male ordered my drink in advance because I had an... early morning meeting I pull up and the door is locked I had to sit in the drive-thru behind a bunch of cars and wait eventhough I ordered ahead of time I did say that I was picking up my order when I got to the window the order still was not readythey said that I did not tell them that I was picking up my order or what I most certainly did to a girl who was on the speakerI'm told that they don't have mocha and in a nasty way, then asked if peppermint is OK when I literally ordered mocha andhazelnut then was basically thrown my drink here you go will never return to this rundown location Read more

This has been my to go to Dunkin for 2 years. Yesterday, there?s a new guy and he for my order wrong?no problem, these things... happen. But today I pull up to the drive thru speaker, I say good morning and he says, bare with me I?m all alone and I?ll getto you when I can. I waited about 10 minutes. Still nothing. I drove off. I pull up to the drive-through they give me a price, I then roll up to the window. They charge me a dollar extra. I ask why, the... girl said hold on. She then comes back and says it?s because you asked for no ice. I?m like oh OK. A little odd but I didn?tcomplain but then someone else inside yelled out it?s only a dollar? OK I didn?t say anything ??????????? There is no signsaying that there?s a $1 up charged for no ice. Another time we order at work, our large coffees are half full. Scummy businesspractice. I will no longer give them any business. They are shady and not professional. Avoid them if you can. Read more

Sorry to say - this location sucks big time.. and today was the heights with stale coffee which was hardly hot !!!It?s... absolutely disgusting when they handover the coffee it?s old and stale they still handover the coffee. If you can?t get yourbasics right then why work here.. Read more

So in 1 weeks time, on 3 different visits: - couldn?t order food because they ran out of rubber gloves. - ran out of large... cups. - closed at 7:40 on a Friday night. The?breakfast? crew seems to be the only ones who know how to operate thestore. Update 7/30: 10:30AM drive thru line with at least 15 cars. Probably 5 cars drive away while I waited. After about 8minutes, I drove around to the front to go inside and it was locked. I have been going to this location since it opened. Willno longer go there anymore. Wawa right down the road. I absolutely love Dunkin? Donuts but this locations is routinely absolutely horrendous. Ive given them countless chances often... giving this location the benefit of the doubt. But I cannot continue to even try here anymore. They routinely make terrible icedcoffee, burn sandwiches, sell stale donuts, etc. i cannot name a single time the entirety of my order was at the standard ofother locations in the area. Beyond that, the prices at this location are consistently higher than their local counterparts. Istruggle to find a single positive of this location besides where it happens to be conveniently. I work overnight and planned to go to this location before my shift which starts at 8pm. I got to this location at 7:25 to get... my coffee to start my day and the door was already locked. I could see the staff inside, they could see me. I went around to thedrive thru thinking maybe they close the inside early to clean, though 7:25 is extremely early? and they didn?t answer thespeaker.
