My family, and I did the clown room which was an incredible experience! I highly recommend this place! However, we only had two... adults (myself, my significant other, and one child), so it was slightly more challenging since the rooms are designed forgroups of 4-6 people, so I advise bringing a large group of people. We made mozzarella last night and had a great time. The owner, Ed Ventura, is very knowledgeable about wine, cheese, olive oil,... balsamic vinegar and lots of other types of food. We learned a lot and it is a great place to make high-quality wine too! Read more

Attended an evening work event here. There was wine tasting, we each made mozzarella cheese, and dinner was included. The staff... was great, explaining everything and making sure we were all comfortable. The wine and cheese making were a lot of fun, andeveryone learned something. The dinner wouldn't be the reason you'd come here. Knocking down to 4 stars due to that, and I alsoadvise the business to get some better lighting in there. It's warehouse lighting, understandable because this is a workingwinery, but if you're having people sit down and eat dinner, ya gotta home it up a bit. In all, a fun experience andrecommended.
