My family and I wanted to do an early lunch. We were a few minutes early so we waited outside. A woman pulls up and walked right... in. It was 11:01 am, when we started walking in. Someone from the back, yelled out at us and said we're not ready. There was noone in site so we decided to leave and go elsewhere. I refuse to waste my money here. There's other restaurants,in the area,that open on time and have amazing service. Read more
We dined in and Haley was our waitress and she was amazing. Very pleasant, friendly and on top of Service. We didn't have to ask... for anything she was always on top of it. If you eat here ask for Haleys section she's GREAT!!! Read more
We stopped by on ( July 31, 2022 ) Around 4:20 pm. Very rude. They just ignored us and just talked to each other. We waited but... no one came over to talk to us. They did see is and did nothing.. we have special needs kids and my autistic son was cryingand couldn't wait. We ended up going to olive garden. At least they take care of their customers. We will never go to thisone again. Our normal Applebee's is so much nicer. We always get seated right away. Read more
Walk up to the door at 11:25pm after working late. So thankful there is a place to grab a quick bite before heading to my hotel.... The doors are locked. The place is filled with people. I look at my phone, yep, still open per google info. Then look next tothe locked door that says Friday they are open until midnight. Apparently not! Check the other door - it?s locked too. Theyshould just say they no longer accept customers after 11pm. Makes it easier on people! Read more
Floor and booth we were in were filthy from the rush before we got there. Waitress was rude to my 17 year old daughter.
A quick stop afterwards.. the food was delicious and service outstanding. Our waitress name was Crystal and she was on top of... everything. Definitely will be going back. 5 stars! Read more
5 stars for a restaurant full of women making things work on a busy Friday. Kat the hostess was busting her tail, she is an... excellent teammate. The manger was the kinda manger that got out in the trenches and bust tables and helped out as needed. Thewaitresses I had were great very friendly one was training the other in training. Food was cool. It was a busy Friday eveningbut they all showed up and tried their best. I love good customer service, it was a wait but it was explained to me so I had anexpectation that was reasonable. Read more
Worst service we have had in years. If that's what you want to even call service. Saw our server, Krysta M. twice during our... meal. Once to get our drink order, then to take our order. Someone else brought out the drinks, appetizer and food. Never oncecame to ask us about our meal or if we needed a drink refill. Won't be returning. Read more
