Worst Arby's restaurant I've been to, i ordered online and what i got was so badly prepared, a brisket with a single slice of... meat and same situation with the french dip & swiss. I ordered a shake and when i showed up to pick up they tell me they don'tserve shakes even though i already paid for it, they gave me another drink but i didn't get a refund at all. Never again. I was very unhappy with the food. I received curly fries instead of crinkly fries and the drinks were like children size. I know... this seems kind of childish but when you're paying almost $25 for your food you expect the bus and respect what you see from thepictures. Their food is usually pretty good, sometimes a little scimpy in the roast beef but my main reason for a lower rating is because... I can't tell you how many times I've gone there just for them to tell me their closed at 5-6pm. You literally never know if theyare going to be open or not, which is frustrating. I could see having to close early due to issues once or twice but it happensall the time. Read more
