A cozy, local watering hole located in the bustling, booming Water Street district. While the area around Brixx has changed,... their delicious food and cold, cheap beers have not. Great spot before or after a game. The patio is a sleeper in the area withlots of seating. The kind of place where you will want to come back and become a regular with the friendly staff. I ordered a beer and it wasn't cold it was in a can. And I ordered some boneless wings.the wings was not hot like they were... cooked to order.my wings got cold before I finished the.. the chicken has a funny taste. The sauce I ordered on my chickendidn't taste like what I ordered.i thought this would be a great place for me and friends to hang out sometime but I'm not goingto recommend this place to my friends or anyone else. Showed up mid day not expecting the crowd we ran into. We had looked at the online menu pics and we were looking forward to... trying the pretzel appetizer, wings and other things only to be asked to leave our name and number for an available table. Afteran hour and a half, we were told it would be an hour, and no call or text we went down the street. Just FYI we never got a callor text so it wasn't even like they got the time wrong. It was fine cause we don't spend money where we're not wanted. We endedup getting great food and service at the next place. Read more

Nice place. Not too fancy. They have a good variety of beverages, if that?s your thing. The sandwiched and burgers were... top-notch and the fries were quite good. I had never seen fries cut this way! It?s popular among the city?s older population(we were the youngest people there.) Read more
