This location has terrible service. We stop by for lunch every week or so and there is almost always something wrong with the... service. Our last trip was no exception. The group beside us had their food for 10min before they had drinks. At our table, noone ever refilled our drinks or brought out the sauces that were ordered. This location never seems very busy, but it alwaysseems understaffed based on the lack of service. Read more
I had to BOGO 50% traditional in Nashville Hot and tots. The wings were cooked well but the flavor wasn't that great. The... Tito's Mule was excellent and strong. The server was nice but she seemed alone so was a bit rushed. However she did a greatjob. Read more
Ordered 30 wings and wanted them mixed. When I called they said they don't mix sauces anymore. Wanted my wings wet, they have a... dust coating of sauce. They barely shook any dry rub on the wings either. The boxes for take out are flimsy and fell apart bythe time I got home. Very disappointing service Read more

Everytime I order here through Door Dash, my order is missing something. The last time it was the salad. I called and spoke to... the manager Austin. He said he would credit my debit card but he didn't. He said he would train staff to ensure accuracy. Justordered again and the order is wrong. Read more

Really starting to lose faith in this B dubs after I just told them that this is the only one I like eating at story time my... order was messed up on Friday had an amazing experience with Austin (manger) on Friday because my order being messed up he gaveus a little bit of extra credit we came back into the store so tonight Daughter went to wings again so we went up to B dubs themanager that was on duty comped everything that we had ordered which I appreciate because they give us $35 for the store creditand we ordered a quesadilla so he comped the whole thing we just now got home with are dinner and again the order is not rightask for one Ranch cup three blue cheeses carrots OK whatever they gave me nothing but ranch I hate ranch my daughter got theboneless wings wanted the hot sauce on the side no hot sauce for her wings ??????????? I always order through DoorDash I usually never have a problem but the quality of the wings have gone to bits and pieces. It's a... lot of veins and less meat on the bone. The chicken smells horrible and it tasted gritty. I've tried two orders and it'sconsistent so they switched it up. Sucks, because this was my go to for dinner. Read more
