Zerooo stars ???? Worst experience ever by a Chipotle store, honestly..this store's manager is to blame. I'm traveling from out... of town, stopped by and should've kept driving to the next restaurant. When I say DIRTY.. an understatement. Bathrooms werefilthy, trash was everywhere. The tables in the dining room was disgusting as you see in the picture. I asked for chips with my$40 order only to be told that they didn't have any chips, but looked to my left and seen 3 large bins full of chips. I askedher why can't I pay for those chips and she said she didn't have the "authority" to bag the chips up. What a job, right? LOLasked to see the manager, what a joke. I told him the bathrooms were filthy and he said ok and bagged my chips up and I left,after taking the picture. Definitely a bad experience and will not be back to this location!!! Read more
I just got a burrito from an online order with 2 bites of meat and barely any rice. I also got the most greasy undercooked chips... ever. When I requested compensation I was told "no". Worst experience I've had in any restaurant in recent memory. Do betterChipotle!!! What the hell?!?! Read more
Literally the worse Chipotle around. When I think maybe I?ll give them a chance again, I am once again disappointed. Paid to add... Guac, and I get 2 chunks of black/brown avocado. I literally can?t even stick my fork through it, it is that hard!! Ordered adouble order of protein, and got maybe half a scoop. Whoever manages this place needs to get it together. It?s pathetic. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE. I have tried ordering from there and every time they have gotten my order completely wrong and the... food was inedible. This time I went and they didn?t even know what sofritas were when I asked for some in my bowl. When I gothome, a quarter of my bowl was filled with veggies which I didn?t even ask for. I?m honestly baffled at how they got the veggiesin the bowl without me noticing. The time before this I had door dashed my food and half the bowl was sour cream, and there wasa pool of bean water at the bottom. Whether you are door dashing or ordering in person, avoid this chipotle at all costs. Theworkers there do not care and they are also clueless. Read more
Brown St is the best location around. They don't treat you like your 2nd class and they care about how they handle and present... your food! I love this location! Traffic needs to slow down for all the pedestrians but its not Chipotles fault! A man wasalmost hit by a fast moving car! Read more
Doordashed from this location twice. First time was perfect, great portions, everything there, etc. The second time (around 6... months later) wasn?t a good experience. I ordered a burrito bowl and chips and queso. The chips were horribly stale.. theburrito bowl was barely half full and the majority of it was rice. 4 pieces of chicken, a tablespoon of cheese, and a tablespoonof salsa. One star is because one time my order was good. Every other time we've got takeout from this location there is something wrong.... Horrible/stale chips, terrible ratios, terrible serving sizes, missing ingredients, etc. I will be avoiding this location likethe plague moving forward. Worst location I?ve ever been to. Rude and unhelpful employees. Didn?t see one manager helping out their staff with a line. They... completely ignored my request for extra rice. An employee told the lady making bowl ?she asked for extra?, she returned with thereply ?well that?s just too bad.? And went along with my order. I asked twice for extra and she ignored my request.
