Slowest place ever 20 minutes in line 4 cars?? Got spicy rice took it upon themselves to put gravy on it ugh I dont need gravy... or hot sauce on every thing I eat so put it on the side if you have doubt didnt catch it til got home ugh again Recommend speedup , pay attention yes my order is correct on the screen its when you forget to put it in the bag is when its a problem,,,concentrate ........ pay attention to detail ck bags before assuming its all in there napkins and a straw would be nice toget with my meal too Also 2 spoonfuls of rice in a large size rice is not a large rice Fill to the rim ??? I ALWAYS have to check my order because if I don't, I NEVER get everything I order. That's why I don't eat Churches often. Great... chicken but they could do a whole lot better in making sure the customer has everything they ordered!!! Read more
They were out of quite a few items that I wanted but the cashier, Keisha, was absolutely amazing! (From Cleveland) This is usually the only location I go to when in Dayton because of the (below) bad experience with N. Dixie... location. NEVER AGAIN!! I ordered a 10pc mixed and biscuits, with (3) 3pc tender meals. The food was horrible and well overpriced for it's quality. Everything tasted of old grease, cooked under a broken exhaust, and the biscuits were undercooked.Other items I requested, they were out of - because management didn't order. According to one employee, the manager was notthere...??? I should've waited until I got closer to a small town outside of Cleveland. I ordered a chicken sandwich , 3 extra biscuits and a 3 piece meat meal with lemonade and mashed potatoes. I spent a little over... 20 dollars and waited 30 minutes from placing order to receiving food. The wait time is always horrible here and most of thetime they are out of food. They gave me the drink with ice , after asking for no ice. I didn?t care a whole lot about that butwas told it would be 5 minutes then waiting 5 minutes and being told 5 more minutes then waiting 15 more minutes wasfrustrating. I am happy that I didn?t have anywhere to be or I would be mad for the wait. They did not offer anything or anapology for the long wait. They said it would be 5 minutes for biscuits at the checkout but ended up being 25 minutes. I mean atthe end of the day , I love church?s so I will come at a time that I got no plans. The chicken sandwich was so good, you wouldslap ya momma. From the Mayo on the sandwich to the perfectly cooked chicken to the hint of honey in the bun was perfect. The 2 cashiers were a example of hot and cold. No name tags so you couldn't leave a specific complaint. The light skinned girl... started with saying they were completely out of chicken sandwiches but when I walked in she was confirming a sandwich orderafter we were already waiting 10 mins for our food. I went in to add sauce to my order because she forgot to ask and she clearlyignored my excuse me several times. She then proceeded to finish putting on her eyelash before going to "bag" orders. The darkskinned cashier was very nice and apologetic for the long wait and for the rude other girl. Driving from Hamilton OH for thiskind of customer service is not what we expected. Only thing hot was rage biscuit and the jalapeño bombers. I wish more wouldopen so we don't have to deal with this one. Read more
