I received a "Mix It Up" gift card that listed Cinnabon as one of the places it could be used. I went to Cinnabon Dayton Mall... location and the person there couldn't get it to work because she said it was her first day on the job. I went home and verifiedthere was money on the card. I called this location the next day to make sure I would be able to use it and the person on thephone assured me that I would so I went to this location AGAIN and he could not get it to work either. Got the pecan cinnamon roll and it was still doughy inside (uncooked), to the point you could still taste the salt and flour.... Will not be coming to this Cinnabon again. Read more

Order their raspberry chocolate cinabon. Not sure why it was so different from the other times we have been here. But it did not... have the cinabon gooyness that we have come to know. Might have been the girl being new, or another employee distracting her bywanting to play around. But a cold cinnabob is not tasty. Disappointing, because the chocolate raspberry would have been greaton a warm freash cinnabon. One that didn't taste 2 days old. Not happy! Read more
