Placed an order online, almost didn?t get into the store. We pulled up before 9 and the doors were locked and they were closing... despite it being stated on Google and their doors that they?re open until 9:30. The only reason we got in was because someonewalked out. Spoons weren?t in our bag and we couldn?t walk back in because the doors were locked. This is the second time we?verun into this and despite suggesting a change to their hours listed on Google. Read more

Incredibly unprofessional, dirty store, ice cream had ice chunks in it. Will not be coming again.

Horrible service, kids don?t know what they are doing, asked for cheese cake and gave me sweet cream or something which was... Powdery textured. Also tipped them which I shouldn?t have. Kids behind the counter trying to impress girls and not payingattention to what they are doing. Read more

Called 5-10 minutes before arriving to ask if they still had the almond milk ice cream and was told yes, when we arrived to... order we were told that they were all out, my husband and I can?t have dairy and that was the only ice cream they serve that wecan eat. !!!!everyone stay away from this specific location!!!! This location always makes up their own hours. They print off papers and... post them on the door with whatever hours suit them. If you don?t want to work then quit and if this location doesn?t want to beopen then please close it or change the hours online to reflect. Pulled up at 9:06 with my four year old son to get ice cream, open sign on people inside eating doors locked employees waved and... laughed. Very rude will never go to another cold stone creamery again. It was definitely not family friendly or professional. Read more
