I love this place, only issue here is the traffic on the main road when you?re trying to exit the parking lot. The staff are... always amazingly helpful, friendly and they work quickly. This place sold me on Dunkin Donuts, over Starbucks. Read more

I?ve spent so much money here, I should be embarrassed. But time and time again, things go wrong. Don?t post open time as 6:00... and not have things ready at 6:00. It?s restaurant 101. Open time means be ready. TAKE THINGS OUT OF THE APP IF YOU DON?T HAVETHEM. Yes, it can be done on a location basis. Pulled up to get my breakfast this morning,AFTER I PAID VIA app, only to be toldthey didn?t have avocado spread. No, I don?t want hummus. What am I supposed to do for breakfast? I stopped by here on my way towork. I don?t have time to stop elsewhere. Doubly sucks because avocado toast was to be breakfast and lunch, and I can?t leaveduring the day to get something else. And no, anything with egg won?t do because it tastes like it?s been sitting in a batch ofchlorine water. Actually, anything not a donut tastes chemically here. Funny, that?s only this location. Hash brownsconsistently burnt, donuts often unavailable and you?re lucky if they remember your donut if you order mobile. You can only geta refund by calling in and waiting on hold for 20+ minutes. Apparently staff is unable (unwilling) to make anything righthere. Stick with coffee from this location. Most of the time it?s right, but not always. Love coming here for my morning coffee! The staff is always so pleasant! They are always busy working on orders as fast as they... can. It is always clean and well stocked on the inside. There are gifts you can purchase and they have decorated for theholidays. It?s always a good feeling walking there. I also love how I can order on the app and pick up in the drive through.This will be nice in the coming winter months when I don?t want to get out of my car! Read more
