Coffee was not good today. I purchased a caramel hot latte and a pumpkin spice hot latte. Neither myself or my so could drink... either. Bitter and burnt tasting no caramel flavor at all. Pumpkin tasted like burnt nutmeg. Usually much better. Read more
The people inside Dunkin? donuts on Harshman are so rude and incompetent. This is my second encounter with someone that had NO... idea what they were doing. I asked for cold foam and they tried to hand it to me with no cold foam and when i asked them to putit on there she handed it off to a rude teenager who instead of making the cold foam that i paid for, put whipped cream on it.how lazy. i will be calling the manager for their rude and lazy service. Sorry but if you advertise a product with a picture and you order that product it should look like the picture or at least... similar the past two times I have went I've got a pumpkin cream cold brew and it definitely looked like an ice coffee not likethe picture of the cold brew I have only had it once that it was good and look like the picture every time it has not lookedlike the picture the coffee has tasted horrible. Also they are constantly out of things and expect you to have exact change ifyou do not have a card to pay with and if you do not have exact change you will end up paying more not very good business. By far the worst Dunkin in the midwest. Inconsistent on their beverages even when ordering the exact same ones every time. They... are consistently under-filled and then I watched them through the drive through top a quarter of the cup off with milk creatinga cup of coffee flavored milk. Do yourself a favor and take the trip across town to Fairborn Dunkin, or Starbucks. Read more
I ordered 4 orders of hash browns which all looked so ugly and burnt, the smell was even worse. The chocolate glazed doughnuts... looked like someone touched them all. I asked them to give me different ones and was told that all of their doughnuts looked thesame. Left the place and realized that I was also missing one of the chocolate croissants.
