Everything was great about the food and the service, but the area we were seated in was a little "away" from the rest of the... restaurant proper. Felt slightly like being in a cave. Always a great time, food is always served Hot and its ALWAYS right the first time. The drinks are not shy at all and its all... around WORTH THE MONEY. To be my first time...it wasn't the best at all from what I've heard about this place. They made my order wrong the first time... and over cooked my date's food and her veggies weren't sauteed like she ordered ????????...so overall...the water with lemon wasa success ??????????? Read more

We enjoyed our dinner. we try not to waste food, so we share most of the time. One app and entree was enough to feed both of us... with some leftovers. El Toro's spices were mild to medium but still good. I look forward to trying more item on the menu. Read more

We tried over and over again to enjoy this place. This was the last straw though. Service took forever, the water taste like... dirt, they tried to give is more water with lemon to try and mask the dirty taste, then got a soda that taste like the fountainnozzles are never clean. When the tacos came out they looked really sad. The tortillas were crunchy. Then we were charged fortwo drinks when only one was brought out. Oh! And the menus weren't even wiped down, the place was an utter mess and thebussers weren't even sanitizing the booths after patrons left. Do NOT go here if you want to remain safe. I tried to reason with the manager on duty and he refused to change the bill toreflect the correct value advertised. He called the cops, the cops forced me to pay my bill or I would be charged withtheft. I will never, ever, ever, return to this establishment. False advertising and old bait and switch tactics.
