Food was amazing as always. The sauce on the burgers is always my favorite. The service was wonderful. My waitress, Miracle was... very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The atmosphere was super nice. Are you kidding me?? This was the worst dining experience I have had in years. We went and got the breakfast bar (3 people $51)... and the food was empty and what was there was completely dried out. We asked for things to be replaced on the bar and they nevercame out. Over all unclean. On the positive side our waitress was nice. We love Frischs but we will not be going back to thislocation. Stopped by for a late lunch and it didn't seem too busy compared to other places we had passed by. All of the staff was really... friendly and greeted us pretty quickly. Our drinks came quick while we looked over the menu. I ordered the fish sandwich, sidesalad and mashed potatoes. The side salad was good sized and your typical "few ingredient" salad. When my fish sandwich cameout I was at first disappointed in the size of the fish pieces but there was no reason for that. It was filling and quite good. The mashed potatoes and gravy were a little gummy and the gravy wasn't my favorite flavor. The waitress was professional andkind. I would, hands down, come back here and try other stuff on the menu. Stopped in here today as we needed some lunch and it didn't have a packed parking lot like many others, risky maybe but we think... it paid off. Seated immediately and drink orders taken while we viewed the menu. I had a patty melt and onion rings and sidesalad. Onion rings were perfectly crispy and fried, melt itself wasn't my favorite with the American cheese overpowering theswiss and the onions must have been sweet onions and some of them were sauted a bit to much and had a burnt flavor. I wish theside salad could be a get it yourself one pass at the salad bar as I hate when people pick my lettuce and pick a lot of the hardwhite parts but it was still a large size for a side. We didn't see until we were leaving on other tables the deal for sandwichand salad which is probably what we would have gone for had we had a tent with those deals on our table. Saw previous reviewsabout the salad bar and I did a walk by of it before ordering and it was in 'good' order not day old as others had made itseemed, one of the soup pots was empty and had been for a while- thought it strange that chili hadn't been refilled but perhapsit was because we were there at the end of the lunch rush? Waitress was super friendly and attentive and when we were payingour conversation led to we had just moved to the area and she said she hoped to see us around in the future. Wow!! Just Wow! Wilted Salad Bar..looked like it had been sitting there all day! Salt Shakers we?re all needing rice due to... compact moist salt.. the booth we sat in had a spider web with let me tell ya!! Spider Eggs! we had to sit all through dinnerlooking at this and a dirty floor that had never been vacuumed from the lunch folks? i live in Beavercreek Ohio have been forover 20 years,and I will Not be recommending this particular establishment to any one? till NEW MANAGEMENT? rant over? Stopped for breakfast. This restaurant was not very busy at the time but we waited 17 minutes to be seated. We should have... left right then but decided to give this place a chance. Staff was friendly but appeared overwhelmed and argued with each otherin the kitchen. Not wanting to wait another 17 minutes to be served we opted for the breakfast bar. Uh oh, wrong decision. Food was cold, overcooked and dried out. Our experience was deplorable. We will not go back. Read more
