Customer service was great however the food was so inedible I couldn?t even finish 1/3 of it. The vegetables did not taste good,... the sauces did not taste good. The tofu was so inedible that I almost went back in and gave it back to the manager. Definitelydo not go here. I went at 12:10 in the afternoon which is a high high-volume time for lunch and there was only one other personin the restaurant. I should have taken that as a hint. Read more
We love FUSIAN! They have great options for us vegans and they?ll even hand cut the rolls instead of putting them through the... slicer, so we don?t get any cross contamination. The .99¢ delivery option also was nice on a night I didn?t have my caravailable. Definitely recommend Read more
Been wanting to stop in for a while now. Was finally in the area and had time. Super friendly staff. Helped walked me through... was I was wanting. Ended up with half tempura shrimp and half crab roll. Added avocado, cucumber, and cream cheese. Topped withsweet soy and spicy mayo! It was awesome and really hit the spot! Definitely will be back. Go Get It now!!!!!!!!!! I just tried the Lobster Roll with all the fixings. Simply Delicious! I added some cream cheese though.... I've been coming to this location since they've opened and have mixed experiences with service but the food is always on point.Today was exceptional though... I had the pleasure of being served by LeiLani. She greeted me with a smile and positiveattitude. I had mentioned how we didn't have such a great experience the last couple times my family and I were in and how wewere bummed about it because we love this place. I've been coming to this place for years and it's so easy to!! They always have the best people working there!! I've never had... a bad experience! This place was so good! Excellent vegan options! Did a build your own roll, and it was perfection! I also got the pb&j roll, and... it was delicious and oddly satisfying. My boyfriend for the Thai crunch salad and raved about it. Definitely recommend thisplace! Read more
I ordered a custom roll on their app while i was at work. I picked it up after work, and it was already packaged and in the... stapled paper bag. I drove all the way home (30 min away) and opened the bag to find the order was different than what I hadordered (and would not eat). Called the store and politely asked for a refund since I would not be eating it. The female manager(can't remember her name), not only apologized and refunded my money, but also gave a credit for a future order. I was NOTexpecting anything more than a refund. Above and beyond customer service. I'm more than pleased and of course will be returningagain. Mistakes happen, but it's how you go about fixing them that makes all the difference.
