Dude who made our rolls was nice but food was gross. Hasn't been good in while but figured we'd give it another chance, will not... be back. Kroger has sushi at a better price that is delicious and tastes fresh. Read more

I work nearby and ordered food. Unfortunately I was on a time crunch due to lack of staffing at my job. My order was confirmed... ready. When I arrived I could see the order sitting there but none of the employees would give me any type of recognition. Theysaw me standing there for 15 minutes staring at my order but just shrugged and paid attention to the people in line. It takes atotal of 30 seconds to hand me the order I placed in advance so I could leave. Instead I had to rush back to my job and hope Icould return to maybe receive some type of service. Read more
My wife and I stopped in here a couple days ago to grab a quick dinner before heading back home. We both had the shrimp tempura... with all of the fixings. It was fantastic!!! The staff was pretty cool as well! Read more
Centerville location going downhill... fast. Extremely disappointed and grossed out with service the past few times I've been to... this location. The first couple of times I thought, "Maybe they just have some new hires, it's really not that big of a deal."However, now I am convinced it must be a management problem, as the service has consistently been declining, and is now notacceptable at all. I ordered an online order of a roll, and it came like this (see picture below). There was even a hair pressedinto the rice. I will not be eating from this location ever again. The Fairfield and Brown St. locations are much, much betterand actually worth the 10 bucks for a roll. I suggest you save your money at the Centerville location and take the few extraminutes to go to a different location in the area. Or just skip this chain entirely and go to Kroger for their sushi. Quick service and helpful stuff. Good variety of veggies and toppings to choose from. This location has indoor and outdoor... seating. Sushi roll is the mainstay but they?ve branched out to making bowls. Love that they offer both seaweed and soy wraps! Read more
I?ve enjoyed many lunches here, but the seasonal ramen is so good I *have* to leave a review. I?ve lived all over the US and had... delicious ramen in DC, LA, and especially at Yume Wo Katare in Boston, so my expectations for this ramen were modest. I?mshocked and delighted to find it?s top three in my experience?the broth is excellent, and the chashu is tasty! Edited to addtwo things: 1: I ordered it with extra noodles and no chili, and I?d recommend the extra noodles to everyone and the no chili toanyone who?s not a fan of spicy food 2: the staff here is excellent!
