Have to sit for 5 mins in line waiting for the lady to understand how to use a gift card. After 5 mins she didn?t figure it out... and I had to pay cash. Please train your employees how to use a gift card. Unacceptable Read more

Food usually good. Portion sizes vary according to who is serving. They do have alcoholic beverages and beer pitchers. Also they... have outside dining tables, kinda nice when u don't want to listen to the rather loud music they pipe inside. Lots of choicesand some interesting toppings. I really enjoy cilantro, pineapple and lime juice on my bowl! They do have a Sunday special tobuy 2 for 15 bucks. Nice to combine that with a pitcher of beer. Read more
Part of the experience at these types of build it your way food is getting the food your way. If I want it heavy on the beans or... on the cheese I should get it that way. Every time it comes to the meat they play a little game with the tongs like they areadding an adequate amount when in fact it is a very small amount. It wasn't always the case as I have been a customer for years.Down the street at Chipotle they oblige you without the tong game. Read more

absolutely TERRIBLE service. the c word of a manager always skimps me on meat and then tells me i have to pay more to get a... reasonable serving. she also charges me for sour cream for a quesadilla when it COMES WITH SOUR CREAM. when i ask for a largersize, she fills up the cup halfway and then charges me FULL PRICE for a REGULAR CUP. i am SICK of this treatment and i willNEVER be coming back. the hot head in huber is way better.
