Food was fresh! Customer service was very fast and dining room was clean.
This KFC is a joke in service and product. I was told on 10/20/22 at 7:30 p.m. that there's NO original coating and they ONLY... had wings and breasts. Why even stay open if you can't offer anything but "crispy" breasts and wings along with side orders. Ieven tried to order and extra side order of green beans and was told all they had was mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. When Itried to ask about the types of chicken they did have (when I first got to the drive-thru ordering area), I was rudely cutshort, and advised about only having two types of chicken and only crispy coating. This place needs to be shut down, restockedwith both the products offered on the Menu and restocked with quality employees that will follow the KFC protocol that you doget from every other KFC...polite, professional, and welcoming emoyees! Super slow drive thru. And got shorted a breast n thigh. From mine and my dudes dinners. Gave no napkins or silverware for... sides. I'm shocked they make any money. Bc time is money. Read more
Just left. Food fine but got yelled at over the speaker. At the window the lady is on a personal call. Didn't say anything to... us. Didn't say thank you. Didnt make eye contact. Just rude. Find better staff please Read more
Good food but last time we went, we were told at 8:15 pm to go back out the door because she wasn't taking any more orders even... though they were still open. Why is it so hard to find people that are willing to work for their paycheck? Read more
Waited over 25 minutes for our food. They literally told me they had 1 breast left. Ordered Bucket for One and the food was... AWEFUL..told girl no fries..GOT FRIES. Wanted Nashville hot and couldn't get it. ASKED FOR HOT PACKETS..didn't put them in bagso girl had to bring some out. Get home and daym Mt Dew has a curly black hair in it!!!! I'm livid!! Read more
