I ordered and paid for my food. When they handed the bag out I looked in the box and could see the food was old. The biscuits... were hard as a rock and burnt. I asked for biscuits that weren't old. The man basically threw them at me. (Why are you mad at methat you gave me old food) so I honked the horn and the GM came to the window and I asked for a refund and handed her the bag.She asked why. I said because the food is old and he has an attitude and basically threw the biscuits at me. She proceeds totell me I have an attitude and she wasn't giving me a refund and threw the whole bag of food through the window of my car andlocked the window! I called the police because why is it okay for you to throw food at me. They did nothing and I did notreceive my refund. The GM is very unprofessional and a disgrace to that company. They should be embarrassed to have heremployed there. It's bad for business. I've been a GM for 7 yrs and have never served old food... and if someone is not happy Ioffer to remake the order or give a refund. Never have I thrown a bag of food at someone and Im a GM at Waffle House. I will becontacting corporate in the morning. Read more
So I had ordered a 12 piece meal with certain chicken in it. And they said that they cannot substitute chicken breast strips for... wings. Which every other lease I went to has been allowed to do that. Then we had gotten ranch dressings and they had not evenput it on their seat. And it told us that they were $.25 extra at the window. Which we?ve never been charged at any other leaveswe went to before. And also we had asked for a ice watch her to drink and they had completely forgot and not even given it tous.Very dissatisfied with our service at this particular Lee?s at 6056 N. Went to the store on N. Dixie through the drive thru, ordered the spicey bourbon chicken sandwich meal & a famous chicken... sandwich only Mayo meal. Got home & we had 2 spices bourbon sandwiches! I have a very sensitive stomach & can not eat anythingspicy. So, I call the store to let them make it right......only I ñever got through!! I tried calling for an hour & the linewas busy the whole time! I'm not happy, we love Lee's. Im gonna keep trying them but not gonna hold my breath. Read more
I ordered a 3 piece dinner that was supposed to be around 10 dollars I got to the window and it was 12 Dollars I got back to the... hospital and gave it to my dying wife she wanted Lee's Chicken and They gave me 3 tiny pieces of something they called chickenstrips only one had any chicken at all in it! The other two pieces was nothing but chewy tough skin I threw it away! But thecoleslaw and mashed potatoes were great! This was last Thursday! I also got the 3 piece Wednesday special the day before it wasgreat! I live in Florida it use to be a treat eating at Lee's not anymore!!!!You have robbed me for the last time of you are denof thieves! This is the fourth time you have ripped me off! The people that work here obviously do not know the menu or their job duties. I ordered a large livers and this is what I... received. On top of that, they didn't include any cutlery or napkins. Happy that the dining room was open to dine in. Long line around 2p when I stopped in for lunch. The 3 orders ahead of me all... returned to counter for issues with their meal order being wrong. I watched my food sit on the counter for 10 minutes before itwas handed to me due to the complaints taking the staff attention. Once I received my food it was no longer hot and fresh.Appears that I was the unfortunate victim as my food order was actually packaged properly. The prices are still reasonablethough. Read more
The lady that worked in back was going off about something and using horrible language in front of a dining room full of people... waiting to get their food. I had my 8 yr old son with me. So unprofessional. And the dining room is so run down. But the foodwas good Read more
