I visited around 1PM. The food came out pretty quickly, and was good. The building could be freshened up a bit inside and out,... but overall not a bad place for some good food. Not the fault of A&W / Long John Silvers, but do be aware that the local areahas a lot of less than upstanding individuals, many of whom are of low IQ, or stoned out of their minds on something. So, don'tbe surprised by strange people approaching you out of nowhere attempting to talk to you incoherently, while gesturing to thesky. Yes this happened to me at this location. Fish was probably old. The edges were so hard I couldn't eat it and neither did my dogs. Fries were cold and soggy. I asked for... tea and was given soda that was all carbonation. Too bad too because there aren't too many LJS left and I absolutely love them.The staff was kind and fast. Read more

Drove a long way to eat while I was visiting from out of town. It had been a long time since I had eaten A&W. The website said... you could dine in. Much to my disappointment after a 20 minute drive, the doors were locked and there was no notice on the doorsof no inside dining. So I did the drive thru. After getting my food and driving 20 minutes back to my destination, the food wasgood, but not as good as if it had of been fresh! Fix your website to say no inside dining and put up signs to show no insidedining! Be considerate of your customers! Read more
The location was easily accessable from the highway with access to and from the restaurant being restricted only by traffic... stopping at the intersection about 750ft from the driveway. The street is 4 lane with turn lane. The menu items are limited tothe most popular items due to the dual store. The food was served hot but not freshly taken from deep fryer but my visit was notat a meal time during the day, there was no waiting in the drive thru at the time of my visit but I was asked to pull forwardand my order was delivered to my vehicle by an employee within about 5 minutes from purchase. The sandwich was messy and napkinswere forgotten when the items were bagged. I ordered for 3 people with both menus and everything was bagged in a single bagneatly, figuring out the order was not difficult due to the menu items being different shapes and the side items being all thesame sizes. You could however tell that the french fries were prepared with the same oil as other menu items and the fries whileseasoned didn't appear to be additionally salted after being fried. I would call the overall quality, speed of service andvalue typical of most fast food restaurants in the area and very similar to what I would expect to receive. I found them to beoverpriced compared to major franchise chains such as McDonald's or Burger King which are not located at the same highway exit,but those chains are at the next exit further north from Needmore Rd. Believe it or not this is the first time I've been at this Long John Silver's location. The food was fantastic. The staff... especially the employee at the window was very kind. She was very polite. The only complaint I have is the side order of greenbeans. They were in a small white styrofoam container which is like two bites. But that still wouldn't stop me from coming back. Read more
My complaint is the VERY small pieces of chicken I was given. Like they were half pieces. Fish was delicious. Rice smelled... horrible. I didn't even try it. I threw it away. The coleslaw was missing in my order. I was so unhappy as I had no time toturn around and nobody answered the phone when I called. Read more
My friend & me ordered 3 Meals. The dinners were not boxed together. I ordered 2pcs of Fish & coleslaw. The slaw was not in the... box with the fish & there was plenty of room in that box for that and my vinegar &Tarter sauce. There wasn't vinegar or tarterat The Condiment Bar so I had to ask for it, twice, two different Associates. When we got back to the Apt. Complex we had totear through everything in the bag to assemble the 3 dinners IN THE CAR so we could part ways after shopping and get all of ourpackages in our homes. I sure hope that with all of the holiday shopping & groceries going on that they get it TOGETHER! My fishlanded on the floorboard in all the assembling commotion ????. Sure did look & smell good ????. I was starving!! 3 Meals should= 3 Bags w/napkins & condiments for each.... They WERE Prompt & kind, we were the only 2 people in there, not much fore thoughtor CONSIDERATION. (No wonder it was empty at 6:00pm, dinner rush is usually 4:pm - 8: or 9:!!) Sad.
