It's really dark in there and if there aren't enough people it's really quiet and awkward in there. The fried pickles were good!... No complaints. I also got the chicken and Waffles, and while the waffles were yummy, the chicken had quite dry batter and therehonestly was BARELY enough maple syrup and if you want more you have to pay ???? for sure not the worst food I've had but I feellike there are a few improvements to be made. Forgot to bring my lunch to work today, and now I am SO glad I did. Found Lucky's in the area and ordered lunch to go. I was... waited on immediately and courteously, got my food and was on my way in 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and the dining roomand bar was clean and comfortable. I ordered the Felafel sandwich with fries and it was to die for. I saw several other thingson the menu I'm really curious to try, which as a vegetarian doesn't happen often. This place is awesome. As a vegetarian it is sometimes hard to find a good place with vegetarian options. This place didn?t just... have one or two options, their whole menu was littered with great vegetarian dishes. Most can also be made vegan too. Picturedis the jackfruit Reuben. Very tasty. Small downtown spot with great food. Wait staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience. Lots... of beer on tap and an extensive menu. A handful of parking spots on the side of the building that can be accessed via analleyway behind the restaurant. Read more
The judge was judged and the verdict was "delicious". The kale salad was also well balanced, but I wish it had some thicker... fattier bacon. They have gluten-free food and beer options too. The staff was attentive. Read more
SUNDAY LUNCH: Arrived at 145 pm and was informed that brunch menu was until 2 pm but if we wanted to wait we could order off... lunch menu at 2. We opted for that and our fab server promptly showed back up at our table 2 on the dot! The kids orderedchicken tenders and grilled cheese (comes on rye so ask for the Texas toast/white bread) wherein the moms ordered burgers. Iordered the Lucky Burger as it comes minus blackened and was NOT disappointed. Never knew slaw on a burger could be so good. Ipaired my burger with the braised greens and it was a perfect combo! Lucky's is a fantastic place! The atmosphere is inviting and the staff is incredibly friendly. Not to mention the food itself... would get 5 stars! Their brunch menu is diverse and has plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Also theircocktails are worth getting! I cannot recommend Lucky's more! Read more
