Highly disappointed. We order from this location at least once a month and have never had a problem until last night. When we... placed the order online, we were given an estimated pick up time of 18 minutes. Upon arrival, the food was not ready & we thenwaited another 25 minutes with no explanation or apology for the delay. The counter staff was less than helpful and quicklyrushed us when the pizzas were finally done. To make the experience even more confusing, the online tracker listed our order aspicked up, even as we stood waiting for it. Won't be returning any time in the near future. Read more

I like marcos pizza it's great. But this location is junky. The people don't pat attention to you. My app said my Pizza was... ready and it was still in the oven. The pizza wasn't flavorful which is odd because it always taste good from the Huber andBeavercreek locations. So it's not a marcos thing it's a that location and their employees issue. Just avoid this loaction. Read more

I don't know why i keep giving them my business. My latest order was a mess. The pizza was dry and the sub was a mess. I don't... think they try at all over there. Update 7-2-22 I ordered a salad with 4 Blu cheese dressings. No croutons. The pictures arewhat I got. Justin the manager refunded my money after saying they're at the end of their salad and that's why it's wilted.Though he couldn't tell me who he was refunding ????. This store is a Lost cause. If I could give zero stars I would. We had the unfortunate event of having money stolen from us on multiple orders placed... throughout this year. Turns out the delivery drivers should have you sign for credit card slips via their phone. We had no ideasince no one ever offered. By not letting us know of this change they were able to add additional tips to the order that werenot authorized. When we went to address this matter with a manager we were told to call back several times. Never got to speakwith anyone official. Was simply told that the person doing this was caught and fired. Nothing else was offered to make thisright. And we were scammed on more than one order! Several days later we were refunded for our most recent order - without anyreturn call or anything from the manager. After a month or so we decided to order again and were met with the same delivery guystill working for them & once again, no phone signature offered. Since then we have received multiple coupons in the mail askingus to please order again since we have stopped using Marcos all together for our pizza cravings. ( side note, none of thecoupons are active to use on their website ?.nor does it give you the option to pay with cash) So for all these issues combined,we no longer feel safe ordering from Marco?s nor want to anymore. Dont sleep on Marco's! This is our favorite pizza spot. We eat it about 2 times a week! It's always hot and fresh, they have the... best crust, and their fast with your order! We are always satisfied with Marco's. Read more

Since Marcos hasn't responded yet I'm gonna repost this. We found a metal nut in our food, we denied any free food or money... back(I only paid 80¢ because of Marcos customer reward) i luckily didn't bight directly into it but it still caused somediscomfort when my front tooth connected with it. I could of broke a tooth! Read more
