Service was great. Suggested I slightly alter my order to get a better deal. Fries were old, cold, and soggy.
Waited for like 3-5 minutes at drive through. I was the only car. Finally just drove around and parked. Came in and ordered.... Waited about 10 minutes to get a couple value menu items and a few drinks. I guess they were restocking or doing drawer changeat like 7:45ish a few weeks ago. skinny girl at front with short hair dark skin was working the register, she was polite butsuper quiet, staff was generally very quiet. They had several people working, no idea why the subtle chaos lmao. Felt like adifferent planet. Food was fine. Read more
Aggressively rude staff, horrible service, unreliable food. If you can, just never go to this location. I stop by on my way to... work each night, around 22:40. 90 percent of the time, I get a minute of silence, and then suddenly "Can I get your order?!"barked at me. Fries are either undercooked or overly so(if they actually remember them, same with their nuggets. Which, don'torder the 20 piece nugget. They will EVERYTIME ring you up for two 10 piece instead, costing you an extra $2 or so. (not much, Iknow, but still). Ice cream machine never seems to be broken, though. So, there's that. EDIT: 10/22/2022 The staff are nicer,so you no longer feel attacked for ordering, but the drive thru wait times are nearly 15-20 minutes sometimes, just to reach themicrophone. Read more
It took us about an hour to get served at that McDonald's and the food was cold. We asked for our money back and the one girl... refused. Another worker had to come and give us the money back. worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Read more
I just went there to pick up an order for doordash. Staff is completely rude and insists that the order has already been picked... up. I call support and they tell me the order HASNT been picked up and they would be able to see if it had been, doordashsupport tries to call them and of course they don?t answer. The manager said as I was walking away ?We need to stop thesedoordash orders because they?re getting annoying!? Earlier in the day my boyfriend picked up an order from the same McDonald?sand the same manager yelled at him that she was busy when he tried to give her the name, even though she was at the register.Seriously doordash is HELPING your business rather than hurting it and even though this 30 year old woman hates her life and howshe?s ended up being a manager at McDonald?s and realizes that?s all she?ll ever be - there is no reason to take it out oncustomers and on dashers! Just because you work at McDonald?s and it?s a stereotype of a bad job doesn?t mean you aren?t stillrunning a business. Get over yourselves and start being nice to people. Read more
Lady who took order maybe had a rough day. She was little rude to take orders from customers - at least from what I experienced.... The quantity for a happy meal is just overpriced compared to the quantity. My 6y.o son from the back seat saw his bread likethat(see the picture) wondered if it expired or something- ended up being tossed. Only 5 cuts of fries on the men. IF I could give this location a -5 that still would not be enough for this location. I ordered through Grubhub. I ordered a... double bacon quarter pounder meal with a vanilla shake. Doesn't seem to be a hard order right? I received my food. It was notwhat I ordered. And I didn't get the vanilla shake I ordered for the beverage. This location has always had issues with gettingorders right. They should have never rebuilt this location and left it as an empty lot! The management team and the franchiseowner need to terminate everyone at this location and start with new staff..I will submit all my future orders to the Smithvillelocation. This location is a joke! I'm a doordash driver when I arrived at the restaurant he said they didn't have the order and they said they can't get it out to... somebody else when I do that with my customer he text me back and said he only got maybe one of the items that he ordered in therest that he did not order he was missing 12 items horrible experience do not go to this restaurant are you just get somethingelse somebody else's food.
