Unless you like raw chicken I would stay away???? we realized after our 2 year old ate a whole nugget from his happy meal that... they were all completely raw. Disgusting and really hoping I won?t have a sick toddler after this. Idk why we keep giving thislocation chances, never again!!! Read more
This is a negative five star rating. I gave this location one more chance to provide food worth eating and it once again DID... NOT do that. Luckily I used the app for the free fried but the sandwich was so dry and edges appeared burnt I would not feed mydog this food and yet this location seems to think quality is NOT IMPORTANT. one thing that is the worst especially in a timethings are so expensive is ordering something that just goes in the trash Read more
Husband has tried to get breakfast sandwiches two mornings in a row before work, told that they are only selling drinks once and... another time only sandwiches for door dash orders! Seriously??!! 7/23/2022 at roughly 3:50 a. m. I placed a mobile order on my phone and went to this McDonald's location as it was the closest... one open that early/late.. who ever the female shift supervisor was shouldn't even be working as a cashier, less yet be inmanagement. Management requires a level of professionalism and courtesy that this lady didn't know a thing about. When iarrived at the store after placing the order on my app it only offered 2 options drive thru or pick up/eat in at the lobby. Ichose pick up in the lobby. After standing at the counter for 5 minutes waiting on my mobile order a short, brunette, femaleshift supervisor comes up to me and quite rudely tells me the lobby is closed. A: if the lobby is closed get your detailstogether and accurate on your app B: if the lobby is closed... Lock the doors like anyone with a brain would do so you don'toffend anyone else with your unprofessional rude behavior.. When i asked for the cup for the beverage that came with my kidshappy meal she literally told me to get it myself she wasn't about to waste her time doing her job and handing me the cup. Anyone with this low of standards when it comes to common courtesy should be cleaning toilets somewhere alone without theinteraction of other human beings. I'll not return to this McDonald's for a long time if i ever go back in the place... They'revery slow at getting your order out and are the least welcoming/friendly staff I've ever encountered in a restaurant. Read more
got some food here less than 10 minutes ago, best mcdonald?s i?ve ever had. I took the first bite out of my pretzel mcflurry and... nearly cried tears of joy I believe it was brad and amy who helped me. they were super professional, and I could tell they tookpride in their job. I had called at exactly 12:57am to check if everything was alright with my doordash order, It has been 50 minutes so I wanted to... make sure. They said they were busy which is fine. But there was an incredibly rude girl on the other end, I had asked if theywere busy since i placed an order 50 minutes ago they said yes I apologized and just as I was about to check if they got theorder she simply said "alright bye" and hung up. I used to work at mcdonalds so I get it can be incredibly stressful. But youdon't treat people this way. Edit: I kept trying to call to talk to a manager or something to see if they got my order and theykeep hanging up on me. Last edit: Finally got my food. an hour and 30 minutes later. the fries are extremely cold. That's to beexpected a little but they are extremely hard. Again, I used to work there.
