I used my mobile app and I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with a medium fry a medium unsweetened iced tea with four equal and... the cheeseburgers were supposed to be plain. After paying for my iced coffee I had to wait 10 mins for them to bring it out. They had added extra cream when I only asked for... 3 total. It was also made with caramel sauce they use in ice cream instead of caramel syrup. When I pointed out that it was thewrong caramel and had to much cream the worker took it back in and came back 5 mins later to tell me they was out of caramelsyrup. Not sure why they didn't tell me when I ordered it. I told them I would take a refund and she asked for a receipt, whichI wasn't given one. Prices keep going up. Ice cream machine is always down. Drive-thru is so slow. I don't get a receipt unless I ask for it. Some... of the employees are really nice, but there is a young lady who seems to hate everyone, and doing her job is a hassle.
