I used my mobile app and I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with a medium fry a medium unsweetened iced tea with four equal and... the cheeseburgers were supposed to be plain. After paying for my iced coffee I had to wait 10 mins for them to bring it out. They had added extra cream when I only asked for... 3 total. It was also made with caramel sauce they use in ice cream instead of caramel syrup. When I pointed out that it was thewrong caramel and had to much cream the worker took it back in and came back 5 mins later to tell me they was out of caramelsyrup. Not sure why they didn't tell me when I ordered it. I told them I would take a refund and she asked for a receipt, whichI wasn't given one. Got cinnamon bun from McDonald's today at Linden ave around 3pm and it was literally covered with lint. My daughter was about to... eat and she noticed it has hair on it but upon close inspection it was lint which doesn't make it better. Not sure if rest oftheir food is treated same way. Read more
Prices keep going up. Ice cream machine is always down. Drive-thru is so slow. I don't get a receipt unless I ask for it. Some... of the employees are really nice, but there is a young lady who seems to hate everyone, and doing her job is a hassle. I go tothis store twice a day, and I'm just about ready to stop because of all the above. If it wasn't for the app, I wouldn't begoing. Read more
