Kayla was the absolute nicest and most attentive server. The manager came by checking to make sure everything was ok. The place... looked clean which is a welcomed change over the past couple years of eating out. Not at this restaurant but I'm disgusted atmost places these days and Milano's is not on that list. Obviously this wouldn't happen to everyone, but we had a load of problems here. Our waitress "dropped all of our food," I... ordered a pizza while someone else ordered a sub that required almost no cooking; why would you wait to take out one of our subsfor the half an hour it takes to cook a pizza? My guess is, she forgot to place our order in the kitchen because there was nosound of food falling (we were right next to the kitchen) and she went on break. Our waitress forgot to give us ourcomplimentary chips every other table got for 40 minutes, and acted like it was a gift for "dropping" our food. She also didn'toffer to refill our drinks until after we ate -which was roughly an hour after we got there. The pizzas were pretty good once wegot them even if the subs we not. Read more
Very great time!!! The people are super friendly!!! And very helpful!!!! Will be back again!!! There drinks are bomb to!!!... Very good selection!!! Want anything with fruit? Want iced? There selection is super good,. And I had some drinks. I'venever had before! We keep on coming back!! There subs and pizza are amazing! Plus the porch seating for outside!?! Ugh. A college bar that serves up quite a variety of good food, with some seasonal dishes and beers around Octoberfest as well! Good... pizza, and personally I am a big fan of their calzones. In addition they have quite the array of beers on tap, from localofferings to seasonal brews as well! They have quite a large patio for enjoying the outdoors and a ton of tvs for broadcastingthe local games. A solid offering, and a great place to watch the Flyers! Read more
I had an issue with a DoorDash delivery from Milano's Pizza, Subs & Taps last month. They delivered my food to my neighbor, and... I was less-than-impressed with the sub that I ordered. The manager, Larry, saw my post and said that I could call him. I didjust that, and he offered to make it right on a future order. This was above and beyond, because the problems were mostly onDoorDash, and my personal preference of not liking their bread. He also explained to me that they have a soft roll that I couldsubstitute for the traditional hard roll. I tried a chicken Philly on a soft roll, and the bread absolutely made a differencefor me! I have to note that this sub is exactly like my last one, with all of the toppings on the outside, so I'm not reallysure what's happening in their sub making process! ???????? I also had a spring salad that was really good. I didn't love theartichoke dip. It wasn't bad, but I've had better. I also want to give a shout out to the cashier who was taking orders thatnight. I didn't get his name, but he was amazing. The poor kid was new, and I'm asking him about an account credit, if they canmake things that aren't on the menu, and for the soft roll, and he had to put me on hold every time to ask! ???????? Heapologized and said that he was new, but he was so kind through all of my questioning. When I got to the restaurant to pick upmy order, he was on the phone with someone asking about their hours. The person called 15 mins before close. He was telling themthat it was still okay to place an order, and explaining that the kitchen closes 30 mins before the restaurant. If that had beenme, I totally would have said, "Okay, bye!" and avoided that last minute order! ???????? Great place, was my first time here and they didn?t disappoint. Our waitress Jewels delivered excellent service. She made a mock... tail off menu upon request. Nothing fancy but my pregnant girlfriend enjoyed it. The deluxe calzone was pretty good, I?m moreof a Stromboli man myself but they don?t serve those here. My girlfriend got the gluten free pizza and she loved it. She said itcould?ve been a little more crispy but overall she ranked it her third favorite gluten free pizza she?s ever had. I am over 70 years old and would say Milano's pizza is some of the best I've ever eaten in my life. Service was extraordinary,... we ate at the outdoor patio and caught this photo of the Oscar Meyer Weiner-mobile passing by. All in all it was a verymemorable occasion especially because of the dining experience. I highly recommend it to anyone. We also enjoyed one of theircalzones, which was amazing. I'm sure the rest of the menu items are just as delicious. Put it on your list of restaurants tovisit. Read more
