Would put 7 stars for the service. Went November 18 and the server who served us continually checked on us and kept the coffee... flowing. The food was extremely great ???? and hot. The atmosphere is also great ????. Not noisy to the point you can't hearacross the table. Read more

Don?t really go here often but the waiter Kyla was awesome food was good!! She kept my beverages coming and the bread!!! Awesome... customer service. Kyla was GREAT!!!!!!! It's been a while since a friend and I have been to O'Charley's. We were trying to decide where to eat because nothing sounded... good. I just happened to mention O'Charley's, and he said he was just thinking the same thing about 30 seconds before I did! We were seated right away, and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had fresh warm rolls and butter broughtto us while we tried to decide what to order. They have a lot of new things to choose from! My friend got the baby back ribsand chicken tenders with a garden salad and tater tots. I chose the country-style chicken tenders with smashed potatoes andasparagus, just like what was pictured! Both our meals were full of fantastic flavor and freshness. Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a medium rare Filet Mignon. This is what I got. Not sure what even kind of meat this was... , or how old it was. It looked like they boiled it or something. They are very lightly staffed. I waited for sometime and they sat people in front of me on a slow Monday. That?s okay the people... are nice the wait staff was nice. Food was awful. My 3 stars are for the people not the food. Service was slow but again theyare lightly staffed so I understand. Not great but they tried. Read more

Paid $5 for a soup sample size. The spoon is at the bottom of the bowl. There?s so much space left in this cup and it is nowhere... near what you would get if you went inside. Super disappointed Read more
