Sunday afternoon, despite the restaurant being busy, there was plenty of help to make thing to flow. We asked for a booth and... received one. Very friendly waiter, and checked on us 4 times. We don’t get to go here too often, but when we do it’s always a pleasant experience! We visited Monday night for my wife’s... birthday! Our waitress name was Tara. She made our experience the best we ever had here at Olive Garden. She was such a sweetsoul and was always on top of making sure our drinks was always refilled and gave my gorgeous wife a birthday card. Love howmany different options they have available on the menu and that they’re pretty affordable compared to other restaurants. Theyalso have good deals going on mostly all the time. Their breadsticks with Alfredo dipping boat are absolutely awesome too aswell as the soup and salad! Definitely always a have a good time here and end up going home full and with leftovers! I had my birthday dinner here last night, and the staff was amazing! Our server, who I think was named Azara, was so sweet and... was very kind in making sure we all had what we needed! Worst experience on mother's day. Over a hr wait, get inside and half the restaurant is empty (can not be blamed on COVID... spacing as most tables were seated side by side). For how slow the service is they are over staffed, I'm talking 5 servers in aarea large enough for 3 tops. Now let's move on to the food.... If you look at the photos that is a rotten onion that waspulled out of our soup that tasted moldy. When brought to management nothing was done other than giving us a little over $5 offof each $6.99 soup that we barely ate before finding that bad onion in it. I love the pasta here & I love the steak however each time I order it, it’s under cooked. I ask for well done no pink however... as you see it’s always medium well. Unless your eating in the restaurant & can send it back to have them make a new one Iwouldn’t bother if a picky eater. When I called the manager didn’t ask what they issue really was or how she planned tocoach her team to correct the issue as I indicated this wasn’t the first time just we can credit your card if you like. What Iwould like is to place an order for my steak & be able to know that when I make it home to eat it @ the bare minimum it’sgoing to be cooked to the standard in which I requested. Read more
