This is intended for management. Seriously understaffed. The employees working are doing a good job especially the young lady... with dark hair and ponytail. Seems to be doing the work of 3. Cooking, serving, coffee, training and coordinating whilede-escalating impatient patrons. Very impressive. The food was good and place very pleasant aside from the lack of barista. Read more

I've been to this location many times and it was never this bad before. I went for chili and a warm bowl. The chili literally... was just broth, I saw 3 beans total. The "warm bowl" was cold and only a third of the way full. Absolute waste of $15. Read more
Hi Welcome to Panera Bread. We won?t accommodate you in any way but will definitely charge you a ton of money. I walked in at... 11:03am and they refused to make me a bagel with egg and cheese on it. I then asked for a bagel with cream creese. They refusedto put the cream cheese on the actually bagel cause I asked. ?We hand you small tubs of cream cheese?. My boyfriend stopped in to place an order. He ordered spinach bacon soufflés, photo will be included. It is laughable what... panera apparently considers a spinach bacon souffle. 1 tiny piece of bacon on top of the souffle is the only morsel of bacon???? in this dish!!! The pastry ring ,he was told had already been sold today, so ,now we know that there is only 1 pastry ring... per day? Week? Month?? We are not happy with this experience at all.
