Usually had a good experience but seriously weirded out by this service- ordered carry out and watched the employee working the... counter double check both my pizzas only to apparently miss that both of the peppers on the side of my pizzas had a bite takenout of them. Seriously unsanitary to be packaging a customers food with something like that. And it's also an easy thing to missI can't understand why someone would be eating only the peppers in the store. Closes for carryout at 9:30 delivers till midnight. Could not get carry out so tried to get delivered to the parking lot. Said... they couldn?t because it?s a security risk. I ordered at 5:00 to have it delivered at 9:00 and they outsourced my order to doordash, who claimed it was delivered at... 9:30. The doordasher came at 10:00 claiming they had been pulled over. Hey guys, maybe pay more and hire drivers or don't makepizzas anymore. Read more
I had two $5 gift cards from AARP . The male employee working that day said I couldn't use them. After much debate he finally... accepted them. I will NEVER visit that location or any other for that matter. I think he should be fired for all the stress hecaused. He also did not provide a receipt. I wish I would have gotten his name. I've ordered from this Papa John's location several time over the past few years. The service is speedy, the staff is friendly... and the food comes fresh. I value quality for the dollar and this place makes it worth it when I call them. Delivery andcarryout both available so they cover the board. Keep up the good work guys! Read more
The chain has decent pizza and great service usually. This store however never fails to disappoint me as a customer. This store... is poorly managed. Workers are apathetic about their jobs and could care less. Every time I place a plan ahead order, I arriveat my scheduled carryout time. When I arrive I am told they haven't started my food and that it should be ready in 20-25minutes. I wait my 20 minutes walk back in and then I am told it's still not done to wait an additional 20-25 minutes. My planahead order was placed 2 hours ahead of time. I had waited an hour after arrival for my food and it still wasn't done. Do notwaste your time ordering here or you'll likely end up wasting more time, effort, and money. Read more
