Took 2.5 hours to receive our order. Had to call twice to check on the status of the order. Once it arrived, the pizza and... cheese sticks were both cold. I live less the 2 miles from the store. I can completely understand being busy, but if thetimeframe is going to be this long, the customer needs notified. Ordered pizza for delivery with online payment of tips Received pizza 1hr later after the promised time; there was no... notification of having it delivered late The delivery man considered it as non-contact delivery by default and just left thepizza outside, without even pressing the door bell or informing via text or email that pizza was delivered When I called themanager for reporting these incidents, manager NEVER apologized for what happened, rather was trying to justify why thishappened; I was disappointed and cut the line A few seconds later, the manager called and informed that he will issue refund(yet to receive) and CUT THE LINE.
