Took 2.5 hours to receive our order. Had to call twice to check on the status of the order. Once it arrived, the pizza and... cheese sticks were both cold. I live less the 2 miles from the store. I can completely understand being busy, but if thetimeframe is going to be this long, the customer needs notified. On top of that, the food should not be cold when it arrives.Feel this will be the last time we will be ordering from Papa John's for quite some time. Read more
Ordered pizza for delivery with online payment of tips Received pizza 1hr later after the promised time; there was no... notification of having it delivered late The delivery man considered it as non-contact delivery by default and just left thepizza outside, without even pressing the door bell or informing via text or email that pizza was delivered When I called themanager for reporting these incidents, manager NEVER apologized for what happened, rather was trying to justify why thishappened; I was disappointed and cut the line A few seconds later, the manager called and informed that he will issue refund(yet to receive) and CUT THE LINE. Living in Idaho and Florida I thought Papa John?s was terrible. We moved to Ohio and decided to take our chances. We have... ordered from every pizza place in the area living in Beavercreek. We have had the best experience in the last year with papaJohn?s. Not sure what changed but it is the best pizza in the area. 2 years ago I could not say that, I can now! We ordered papaJohn?s when we moved here in 2019 and it was not that great, as our previous experiences. Getting to the point?it?s the bestaround now! Thank you papa John?s for making it great again! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Have ordered from this location dozens of times over the years and never had an issue. Order a large... cheese pizza for my kids for dinner. It arrives on time but 1/3rd of the pizza has NO CHEESE! To top off the experience wasplaced on hold, as I'm writing this review have been on hold OVER 18 minutes. Waited 7 hours for a pre-order. Finally went to the store and out of 10 employees only two were sweeping. No orders were being... generated and what I assume to be the manager, after looking puzzled the entire time, still could not find our order. He thensaid they were three hours behind.
