We have pizza night every Friday and this is a regular in our rotation. The time before it was clear that a pizza was dropped,... but this time that's what I initially thought but there was no cheese on the lid and the pizza was still together, which meansthis is what it looked like when they cut it and sent it for delivery. The pizzas with the toppings intact were undercooked eventhough one was ordered well done and a were a doughy mess. The manager was very nice and offered to send new but with hungrylittle ones we didnt want to wait and she refunded our order instead. Still very disappointing and probably will take this placeout of the rotation for a while. Read more
I ordered at 618/620 it?s 814 and I still haven't recieved my delivery. I called the store and the lady hung up on me bc she... said it?s been delivered and I asked where to she said idk I didn?t deliver it. Didn?t offer to fix the issue or a refund orAnthony told me to come pick it up bc the delivery will be another hour. Worse service ever and I will be contacting HR.. Read more

This is by far the worst pizza ever made. I would not recommend going to this PaPa John's.
Arrived late and cold. Pizza was smashed. None of the boxes were sealed with the safety stickers. The driver didn?t leave the... pizza at my door. He stood at my door with the heat bag open until I took the food out of his bag. I?m done with this place. Read more
Terrible! Quality has significantly gone down since my last order several months ago. Never again will Papa John's be an option... for my family. A waste of money. And, what happened to the way they make the jalapeño rolls? They were a joke of about 5 or 6,1 inch squares! Read more
