Wish there was an option for zero stars... I do understand alot of places are still dealing with staffing issues as a supervisor... I deal with that problem everyday!! It is frustrating but never would I take that out on the clients I provide services to... asthey should NEVER take it out on paying customers!! Not sure if that was even the issue this girl was having but with anattitude as bad as the one I experienced NOWAY was I going to finish stating my order and have her be anywhere near my food! 9minutes up the street in Englewood you will find another Penn Station that had excellent customer service. First thing I noticed even before the food was the CLEANLINESS of the place--floors so clean & tables cleared. I was so... impressed! (Later, I observed an employee leaving the station 2 go mop the floors, which already looked good 2 me.) Obviously, cleanliness is high on their priority list, as well as MINE!
