Wish there was an option for zero stars... I do understand alot of places are still dealing with staffing issues as a supervisor... I deal with that problem everyday!! It is frustrating but never would I take that out on the clients I provide services to... asthey should NEVER take it out on paying customers!! Not sure if that was even the issue this girl was having but with anattitude as bad as the one I experienced NOWAY was I going to finish stating my order and have her be anywhere near my food! 9minutes up the street in Englewood you will find another Penn Station that had excellent customer service. Only go to this place in the morning because I realize they're the ones that make the best food. The second shift can be hit or... miss on how good the food is so you can roll your dice and take your chances with them LOL Read more
First thing I noticed even before the food was the CLEANLINESS of the place--floors so clean & tables cleared. I was so... impressed! (Later, I observed an employee leaving the station 2 go mop the floors, which already looked good 2 me.) Obviously, cleanliness is high on their priority list, as well as MINE! absolutely horribly service their where 2 people ahead of me, i was the next person in line then 3 more people showed up they... took every 1 else but mine. i understand being short staffed but when you are just standing around talking and not taking ordersin the order of the line its a problem, if you wanna talk work and talk at the same time. i never even got my food i just saidscrew it and left. Their best cook is a smaller girl with short hair she keeps in pig tails. She makes them absolutely amazing. The tall white guy... dark hair he makes em ok but the younger white boy with blonish hair absolutely sucks. He made our food a couple days ago and itwas under cooked and dry and barely any meat and a ton of cheese and all my meat was in the crease of the bun and all cheese onthe the other side so I had to take 2 bites one of each side just to get meat and cheese it was bad. Once he was doing registerand the pop was out an we ate in too and he put off fixing the pop till after we ate and I asked multiple times in 40 minutesand he didn't do it because he didn't know how none of the workers did except the girl who cooks amazing and that's crazy noneof them was trained but it's common sense cuz u just screw the hose onto a new bag lol. But the workers absolutely refuse toanswer the calls roo and the manager knows this and still doesn't fix that problem! Read more
The cancelled my order and when I arrived the store was disorganized and quite frankly unprofessional. I lost my appetite and... decided to eat elsewhere. I understand that these past couple of years have been rough for the majority of Americans, but thisis not an excuse we should be using for under delivering and completely lowering ones standards. I will give them another chanceto keep my business before rendering a final judgement. They deserve that because they were fantastic with this last visit beingthe exception .
