So the staff was busy on their phones while my sandwich was coming out of the oven. I watched my sandwich fall off the end of... the oven conveyor. A staff member then looked at it after it sat there went over and scooped it up with a spatula that theydecided was too dirty. I love Penn Station. However yesterday morning I went with my grandma, we did an online order. Got to the window and pressed the... bell, 5 minutes later a lady opens the window and YELLS ?name? . I told her and she slammed the widow in my face. The 5 moreminutes she came back with my food however she was missing a whole sub. I pressed the bell again and she just stood there andlooked at me finally opens the window and says ?what? I told her what was missing and she slams the window again. Finally I gotmy two subs and a large fry not even an apology or appreciation for being a loyal customer. Why would you treat a customer thisway? I normally don?t write bad reviews but this needs to be addressed. Read more
Don't even want to give them one star! Worst Pen station I've had. If you order a sub with extra meat you shouldn't bite into... just bread and they charged extra. Plus I sat waiting over 20 minutes for 2 subs only one was cooked. And lastly I should haveleft right away because the store smelled like they have a sewage problem... That shoulda been my sign to leave and not order.I'll never visit this location again and I'll warn friends and family to do the same. Read more
I wish they had coupons or sales. It cost me almost $18.00 for a sub, fries and a drink. With coupons I can feed a. Family of 4... on that. But the food is good. Read more
Probably the best penn station sub I've ever had. I go relatively often but the one i had today was the best
The staff was rude and sitting on the food ordering counter! The sandwich was poorly constructed (thrown together) and the bread... was hard! The French fries were not hot and couldn?t really be called French FRIES they were tiny pieces that looked like theywere from the bottom of the basket. There were no paper towels in the ladies room. They were mopping the floors with a verysloppy wet mop. The floor was so wet that my mother who walks with a cane found her cane slipping. Update to my less thanflattering review. Zach called me was very pleasant and he assured me these issues were addressed. They will make it right. Ihave never before had such a bad experience and I don?t expect I will again. Penn Station is a nice thing to have around because sometimes I want a cheesesteak and this place is on the way home. The... sandwiches are pretty good too, and if you like lemonade at all this is where you want to get that. They have plenty of othersandwiches and the ones I tried were mostly good too, but that cheesesteak stands out to me. Read more
