Every time I come here my order is never correct. Last visit I paid for desserts I got home and seen they weren?t in my bag.... Today they didn?t add my side.. do you guys not look at the receipts to ensure customers orders are complete before you handthem the food? Then you call and they tell you to come back so they can fix it.. this back and forth can be prevented if you getthings right the first time. I personally don?t want to drive back to Popeyes. Then I want to trust my order is correct whenit?s handed to me. There is usually a long line here, I don?t want to hold the line up by opening each item in my bag to ensureit?s correct and hold up everyone else in line. This store is extremely hit-or-miss. I've been in and out in less than 5 minutes before, but most of the time they're extremely... slow. They appear to be very understaffed. This causes long delays and confusion as customers wait. I have personally waited 45minutes between ordering and receiving my food. I would find another location if possible. Read more

I?ve paid for cold 4.99 fries, whole order was so messed up. Seen 14 people standing & talking while I had to pull forward to... wait on freezer style French fries, then they forget a drink & a small French fries which was hot. Terrible customer service. I went through their drive thru and they shorted me 2 order's of fries. I drove back to the drive... thru and told the attendant I was shorted 2 fries. When I drove to their window the attendant said "the fries were in the bagwhen she gave them to us!". I offered to let her and or the manager look at the bag or look in my car they would only say theycouldn't take order's back. I didn't want to give anything back I just wanted my fries! Very unprofessional came in to get chicken legs and were told that we aren?t making no more chicken till we sell what we have... left. The manager was very rude and had no customer service skills what so ever. You should never be forced to have to buy themost expensive chicken they have for sell when your coming for legs, especially when legs are the only kind you prefer & want.The manager never once offered to compensate us what so ever due to them not making no more chicken. Also was told I couldn?thave more than 1 packet of sauce for 5 tenders. & I couldn?t have more than 1 packet of honey per biscuit and couldn?t get anyextras. Very rude, no customer service skills, very unfriendly environment, not a place I will be back to. It not only took alot of time to get our order taken but then we where told we couldn?t get what we wanted to order. Just seems like the itemsthat aren?t available shouldn?t be on the menu if you can?t order it. I will drive to Kettering before spending another dime atthis location till the service here is improved. We the customers keep you in business so if I want legs, legs should be ableto be made. I will give you 2 stars because the food is good, however 2-3 times a week I pick up food for a elderly lady, today I take her... the food and was shorted a piece of chicken. I normally wouldn't bother but your food is expensive so I called and the lady saidno problem, well then I get to the store and here the gentleman on the line calling me a liar that he put the food in the box!Now I didn't fuss because I had to drive all the way back to get my chicken I didn't fuss waiting in line, but let me tell yousomething being called a liar over a piece of chicken is absolutely unexectable.
