So when I pulled in here to get my Big Buford there was a woman that came to the window that had the most beautiful green eyes... I'm talking breathtaking I wasn't able to get her name but. The food is always great ???? But the picture does not match what it looks like now. The order box is falling over and the... outside of the place could use a real good cleaning. With all the road work going on, it makes the place look really bad. Otherthan that keep up the great job. And the workers are nice and professional! Read more
The food was hot and tasted great, but the corporate office better figure out how to get more employees. I had to wait almost... 20 minutes to even get to the place where I could order and another 15 minutes wait to get my food. The cook did his bestconsidering he was the ONLY one cooking, preparing, and bagging up the orders and the employee taking the orders had her handsfull dealing with not only the drive-thru but the walk up window. This location lacks the skill of being attentive. My food was switched around in the bags the person handling my bags was not an... attentive. The young lady seen that I was frustrated about her lack of attention and avoided me. I would highly advise thatmanagement trained their staff on greater customer service. Read more
Worst food I?ve had, when we got to the window the guys response was ?whatchu looking for? at that point already knew this was... going to be a horrible time. Ordered a bbq bacon mother cruncher and only got some raw looking bacon on it ? The chicken ishard. The fries were cold and flavorless, ordered a fish it was soggy and cold when we got it. Also got mozzarella sticks thatwere soggy and the flavor was just horrible and so greasy. Do not recommend sadly. Read more
I ordered the Tex BBQ chicken pile up with the loaded fries and they were horrible. The chicken tasted off and bland. The sauce... on the loaded fries tasted weird as well and had to throw most of it away. So far, Rally's has to be the worst fast food chain.It was just bad. Another problem has to be the wait time. It took them almost 15 minutes to get the food out. However, thecustomer service was nice. Read more
