We actually waited in their drive-thru for nearly 25 minutes. You can't leave the line after you order because there is a... concrete berm that will not allow it. Once we got the food it was cold. And all honesty we love Rally's but would never go tothe one in Troutwood again. Read more

My experience here was disgusting first they screwed up my food cold fries, not cooked all the way hamburgers, and cold chicken... bites. I ordered spicy chicken sandwiches and they gave me two double cheeseburger? Benefit of the doubt all their sandwiches are... wrapped similarly but the cheeseburger wasn't that great either. Do not?DO NOT!! Come here!!! You will literally have to wait 30-40 min in the drive through trapped because it is an enclosed... path food will always be cold and order will always be wrong.
