The smoothie lacked, I ordered via the app and the smoothie was just not great? I don?t know if it was my order or the smoothie... makers however just be weary of their smoothies? previous ones have been great. I?m a little sad about it. The location is always clean, service is faster for both pickups and point of sale. I love their smoothies, they taste so good... with all fresh ingredients and supplements and it feels like a good reward for the workout. Read more
This apparently seems to be the level of service for Smoothie King in the area. I had this happen at the location in Beavercreek... as well. My smoothie is missing the top inch or so. I placed an order online, wouldn't let me do curbside. Apparently thelocation didn't allow it. I ran a little behind, and thought like Tropical Smoothie they'd have our order in a fridge. I waswrong. It had been on the counter for at least 15 minutes. Just sitting there. 3 of the smoothies are basically juice now. Awfulservice. Read more
Smoothies are always amazing here but the customer service is terrible. Judge us on everything we ordered, got rude because we... didn't know that a simple strawberry banana is called "angel food" Then only filled one of the smoothies 3 quarters of the wayand got it all over the side and handed to us. The smoothie stand at the mall has better service and they are much nicer. Read more
Had the worst experience at Smoothie King September 28th, 2020. I usually go once or twice a week, and have been since college,... so over ten years now. Today when I went in, one of the workers did not have a mask, and she kept rubbing her nose, stickingher fingers in her ears, and then continued to make smoothies while touching her face- she never once washed her hands. Allthree girls working appeared to be high- moving extremely slow and were out of it. I had to give them instructions and help themmake my smoothie because they couldn?t get it from the blender to the cup. They were extremely unprofessional, to the point thatI could not believe what I was witnessing and was too disgusted to eat the smoothie that I paid for. There was no managerworking and I felt it was pointless to ask the girls working for a refund, as they seemed to have no clue what was going on. Read more
