Our food order wasn't correct. I carried it all inside to show them what was missing. Apparently even though I clearly stated 3... times that I wanted 1 grilled cheese burrito and I wanted the Grilled cheese deluxe box with a coke and no chipotle on myburrito. They didn't add on the box deal just gave me 2 grilled cheese burritos. I did not see the chili cheese roll up, it wasunderneath other food. Now as I'm explaining to 3 associates at the counter, the manager comes to the counter and tells me thathe made the order exactly as I asked for. I disagreed. Then he grabs everything out of my bag and says " there is your chilicheese and if you want the box deal then you have to pay for it". He was loud and very rude. At this point my food was gettingcold. So I told the manager that while he was putting together the box deal, he needed to replace the soft tacos, chili cheeseand grilled cheese burritos that he grabbed up out of my bag. He was mad and went back to the grill area and was slamming andthrowing things. His associates were embarrassed! Poor service! Read more
I went with a friend who ordered two meals with one payment. After a very long wait we discovered that our order didn't get... processed, but it was quickly remade. The employees were pleasant throughout the experience & gave us some free coupons forfuture use. Read more
Skyler handle order excellently. Was very funny and even though he gave me a doordash bag order instead of mine. I parked in... parking lot to munch down on my grub come to realize it wasn't my order... immediately he walked out to my car. Long storyshort. This used to be the BEST Taco Bell when I lived in the area a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, they've noticeably gone... downhill. On one of my recent experiences, I ordered a Nachos Bellgrande with extra cheese and extra tomatoes. They piled itwith refried beans, and it just became a plate of slop. I also ordered the Baja Blast Freeze, and was given whatever the blueFreeze is. I sent in feedback and never heard back, so I finally called their toll free number to report the issue. On a morerecent visit, I tried out their breakfast. I ordered a Toasted Breakfast Burrito, with no meat. They left the meat off, but alsodidn't give me any tomatoes. They were out of regular size cups, so they gave me two smalls. They had no breakfast salsa and noketchup for the hash browns. The lady working the drive thru window seemed genuinely lost. Sad that they've fallen from beingsuch an on-the-ball, accurate location. Read more
I?ve really been with this place for a long time and I?ve never been disappointed.. But today I wanted to pitch the shop with... some people working during the day while I walked in to pick up an order, I wait a long time before she throws me the customer'sorder and she doesn't care about the seal of the bag. sorry for comments like that but I love the people who work in the eveningthey do everything well thank you everyone ! Absolutely terrible. They are rude, rush you the whole time you?re ordering even when they have literally no one else in the... drive thru, and talk to you like you?re nothing but a bother. Has messed up our order the three times we?ve ordered at thislocation. Throws our food in the bag so we just loose all the toppings in the bottom of it. Tacos are completely smashed. One star for this review. Got a party pack of 12 and all the tacos looked like this. Called in and was told only one scoop was... allowed, any extra on the tacos would be charged extra. What?????? I can't see anything close to a scoop even on here. Pick adifferent location, and dont bother calling if they do this to you. Read more
