Posted as 24 hours service not true this is not the only time. Go to get breakfast it don?t matter what time but it seems to... happen every time I walk through the door they?re closed to clean the grill. Service is poor best! Really enjoyed our breakfast in this Waffle House. The atmosphere was very welcoming. It is one of the cleanest Waffle House we... have been to. The food was great, service was great and they had wonderful easy listening music on, that I found myself swayingtoo while I ate. It was just a great start for a long day of travel. Read more
This location simple put should be shut-down. Half of the inside was closed. The other half every table was covered with dirty... dishes. We had to wait 10 min for a waitress to clean off a table. The waitress was either sleep walking or high because shewasn't understanding anything. Once our order was taken the waitress disappeared. She either went to the bathroom for 10 min orgot ducted by aliens no one knew. Our order finally came and it SUCKED. Order a double patty melt without the bread, 6scrambled eggs with onion & cheese. Some of the staff are kinda rude and snappy. I?ve tried to order takeout twice, first time they said they didn?t do takeout,... second time they said it?d be a 30 minute wait. No one answers when you call, so you can?t even call to see if they?re doingtakeout orders, before wasting your time driving there. Decided to go to the one on Executive instead. Same amount of customersthere and LESS workers than the one on Brandt, but they were very kind and made my food in less than 10 minutes. Read more
Just went in to this restaurant for a quick lunch. There was absolutely no customers in the store. We were met by a server very... quickly. Placed our order and sat there and sat there. Still no cook. Our server brought us a waffle that was part of our order.We told her wanted all our order together. Still no cook. Finally we decided to leave. We asked our server if they had a cook.She said they had one and that she knew we were there because she had told her when she took our order. She said she was doingher paperwork first. It was worst experience I?ve had. Very bad chef for big company like Waffle House! Served this waffle uncooked on the side and... button of it was wet. I would never go to this location ever again ! And my chicken arrived after I finished everything elsethat it was supposed to come with! Read more
Christmas Eve dinner after Christmas lights. It was fairly busy. Cook did a great job cooking. The lady making the orange juice... in the blue Lowes bucket was spilling it everywhere so I can only imagine how sticky everything was after the fact. Not surewhat else to say... It's waffle house! I am a huge fan of Waffle House, but this particular location is one of my favorite!! The food is almost always on point, the... service is always friendly and expedient. Lastly, every time that I have went here, they've bantered back and forth with me,like family!!
