The absolute worst!! Ordered a salad. The employee's response was "we outa salat" next was "we outa chili" guess what, Subbys... wasn't out of anything. Last time I will go to the Wendy's in Harrison township. Customer service is non existent. Read more
If I could rate this place a zero I would.... Everytime to go to order a frosty Ccino they NEVER have it ever.. And almost... everytime I get cold food and my bread on my burgers are hard and fries are old and cold . The wait time here and customerservice is ridiculous by the time you get your food its cold from waiting so long and the staff isnt friendly either. Read more
If zero stars was an option, this location would have earned it. I placed an order online and had my husband pick it up. They... had a long line (probably understaffed like everyone else, I get that). They had my husband pull up to wait for the food andall of it came out cold. They also brought out one item at a time, making the food even colder. They didn't have the salad myhusband wanted. They also didn't have strawberry frosties. Instead of replacing them with a different frosty (something thatwould be equal the cost), they gave us soft drinks (watered down of course because of the wait time). They also gave us noreceipt :) Don't waste your time going to this wendys location. There are other food options nearby and if you really wantWendy's there is one further up on Needmore that I'm sure does a better job. We certainly won't be ordering food from thislocation again. Today, Wendy's was not on point! I ordered a baked potatoe for my vegetarian child, got to the window and they stated it was... over cooked so they threw it out.. Ugh! No food for my child as this is the ONLY THING he will eat here. (This was my secondWendy's now without the potatoes, btw) ???? Once I got home, I found that My spicy chicken sandwich was DRY! My hubbies Burgerlooked like it had been cooked earlier in the day???? My food was luke warm and just mediocre! I was so upset. ???? I try toavoid this location at all cost but, since the other was out of baked potatoes, I decided to come to this location. It used tobe the best in the area, I don't know what has changed but it needs a serious overhaul! As wonderful. Fast service on a Saturday night, fresh made food, and delicious bacon. Orders there $5 meal
So slow more than 25 min only with 1 person front of me have to change personal that why we call fast food but this look like... the going to kill the caw first ???? Read more
