Ordered 2 strawberry frosties. They tasted great. Staff at driveup window were helpful and friendly. Only problem was the wait... time. It took 30 minutes starting at 3PM to receive our order. Not sure why it took so long. Read more

Was in about 12:30pm today, stood at counter for 10 min before anyone of five employees would acknowledge myself and other... customers. Was informed orders were only being taken at kiosk- ok. Stood and waited for almost 25 minutes on 2 individualorders. When called up to pick up, ordered disappeared for the three of us. Staff kept asking us what we ordered. Two of us weregiven a sandwich that had a variation of what is on the menu but not what we ordered. Asked for ketchup, and was told theydidn?t serve any or was out. An elderly lady was waiting for order with mask and a staff women yelled at her and then walkedaway telling other staff people she was not dealing with out front people. No one acted as if they knew what they were doing.Gentleman was basically slamming large lids down on I believe a drink tank and continue next to me where I felt veryuncomfortable. Our small party was patient and kind however, the staff acted as if everyone in the building was an issue. Thisplace is in serious need of management and staff that is retrained and given some sort of incentive. They obviously dislikeemployment. Read more

Wendy?s lied to me over a cheeseburger. They said anybody who was at Saturdays dayton dragons game get BOGO Dave?s singles and... the manager at Brandt Pike says they?ve never heard of that and they won?t honor the coupon. Be better. If you are going to runa promotion, maybe let your folks know about it? They acted like a was a scammer trying to get free food for nothing, and Inever would have even gone today except for that BOGO deal. Read more

It's the 7435 Brandt Pike dayton ohio 45424 Old nuggets where held to long or got tossed on the fryer for a revamp from what... I'm guessing. Wife and her friend waited for these twice and some were like burnt like crunched as if it was over cooked. Calledthe store talked to them asked for the manager A lady said she was the manager let them know and she just didn't seem to care tomuch and asked if they wanted to come swap them. Informed them that she's at work now and couldn't. Manager said nothing afterthis and was like oh well I guess and the conversation ended. That was the end of the subject. My wife and her friend go themgot them at 0530pm. Read more

The chicken sandwich and fries were very good. Even when not busy, would not let you order at the counter - had to use the... kiosk. To pay with cash, you had to use drive-thru. Our food was allowed to set around, although complete and ready, becauseserver said she had other orders ahead and couldn't go out of order. Thus, the sandwiches were not as hot as they would havebeen. Read more

The slowest ?fast? food experience any single human being has ever gone through. I don?t care where you?re from or what you?ve... experienced, this is the longest. I spent 6 years in this drive through just to get my pregnant wife a frosty. If I had thischoice to ever go back here again or spend a decade in a Siberian work camp I would ask for a cold weather jacket and get towork at my Russian gulag. My fries were doused in salt. I attempted to go inside after hours because I didn't want to wait in a long, slow moving line to... have my food swapped. The inside of the store was closed which was fair enough. However, when I spoke to an employee out frontabout my predicament he was terribly rude. I warn anyone reading this that almost every time I come to this business there is aproblem (Long slow moving lines, wrong food, poor food and poor customer service). I hear stories from other people as wellabout the problems at this location. Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Read more
