This was one of the worst fast food experiences I?ve had in a long time. Food was cold, fries unsalted, and service was... frustrating to say the least. Employee was rude taking the order and short with me when paying. He wouldn?t even reach his armout of the window to hand me my food. Photos show unsalted fries and burnt, bare chicken ?sandwich?. Absolute disaster. The order was completely wrong even though he had to clarify it at the speaker since it's broken. No lights... on the menu board. The guy that later claimed he is the manager cussing about another customer to other employees was completelyunprofessional and even tried to tell us he cannot give a refund. Which was false. I am not sure how this place stays open. Read more
Nice & efficient, even with their front registers being down & them having to relay orders to the back drive-thru registers.... They didnt miss a beat the entire time we were there. The food came out hot, quickly & correctly, even with special orders. Veryprofessionally handled by the lunch staff. Restaurant was also clean & all condiments/napkins/utensils stocked & ready. Came here with my son, they were kind of slow seem like they were short-staffed, study flow of customers. We ordered the food... and standing there and it was taking them a long time to get our hamburgers in fact we had got our drinks and fries and we'rewaiting for the hamburgers and literally the cook came up and was the one that noticed that we did not have our hamburgers yetwhere the front line cashier went I do not know...... The food was adequate for a fast food restaurant however me and my sonboth noticed that Wendy's is making smaller and smaller sandwiches and keeping the price the same this really is not a goodpractice for restaurants to do because I used to be able to go into a Wendy's order a Dave's double and I was getting quite alarge sandwich now the sandwiches are the size of a standard child's hamburger I kid you not and they definitely are skimping onthe dressings...... If they think this will get me coming back to Wendy's they got another thing coming this will discourage mefrom coming back because knowing the fact that I'm paying the same price for less product actually I would say paying more forless how do you expect to stay in business do you think people will not notice this you guys need to have conversations at yourcorporate offices to address that you have decreased the sizes of everything and kept the prices the same bad Business practicein my opinion but this isn't the fault of the employees at the store this is the higher ups that need to fix this..... I thinkthe only reason I come back to Wendy's is I'm always hoping that it'll be back to the way it used to be but I'm feeling less andless inclined to come back to this fast food chain. Read more
I've been to this Wendy's twice and both times was horrible. The first time I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, tomato & honey... mustard only, no lettuce. The girl at the window was adamant there was no lettuce on chicken sandwiches?? Guess what, it camewith lettuce. The next time was today. I ordered the Strawberry Summer salad. It had cold chicken that tasted funny, a total of1 Strawberry and no nuts on it or in the bag. I gave the chicken to my pups and figured I'd eat the salad. Until I got to thebottom and found slimmy lettuce! HORRIBLE. I'll stick with the Wayne Ave location. Read more
Easily the worst Wendy?s in the area. It wouldn?t be a bad idea to level the building and send the employees to other local... locations to help reduce staffing issues at the better locations. Service is always subpar. Food at this Wendy?s always givesme something to complain about. Read more
This location use to be a lot better. Went there last night, took 20+ mins in the drive-thru, only to get really bad tasting... food, a messed up order, and missing items. The parking lot lights and the menu lights weren't even on, so no one could readanything in the dark. Got a 4 for 4, and had asked them to not put cheese on the burger, as my nephew doesn't like cheese. Thesegenius workers almost got the order right, except they didn't put the hamburger on the sandwich. All that was on there waslettuce (slightly brown), a drop of ketchup, pale looking bacon, and cheese. No burger meat. Guessing the large guy that tookthe order didn't hear all that well with his neck rolls covering his ears. Looking back, I should have joined the other 4 peoplethat drove off after ordering and got tired of waiting forever on horrible service. Read more
