I place a wing and fries order on 9/10 and it came out perfect however on 9/12 I placed another order for the same combo 10pc... with regular fries. I pick up my order like normal get all the way home to find out they only gave me double fries and the friesthat where in the wing container had hot sauce on them as if I was supposed to take them as wings. Kitchen is always stressed even though they have 5-7 people back there, cashiers are always on their phone & lack general... customer service, if you come any bit before the time of your order they will be rude to you BUT if you come any bit later it?scold. I ordered delivery and 2 items were missing. If they didn't have something then a phone call would be decent customer service. ... Instead door dash delivered ( I didn't order through them I ordered from Wing Stop website) so I couldn't complain to them. Itried calling the store over 20 times in 2 hours. No answer. So they are ripping me off. I expect at least a refund for thestuff not delivered. How do you stay in business not answering your phone? Horrible. Read more

Im so confused about their takeout hours. Doordash stops accepting orders at 9:10. Wingstop stops accepting orders even earlier.... They don?t answer the phone and the Google website has several different times. Do you close at 930 or 12??? And who closes at930 on a weekend???????????? Read more

The employees should pay attention to detail. Customers are in the dining area listening to your every word. Curse words have... absolutely no business in the work center. Not to mention you should ABSOLUTELY never turn an in restaurant paying customeraway because your online wait time is 1 hour. Just saying! I think your store manager needs a reprogramming. Read more
