Drive-thru is HORRIBLE. Five cars waited over 10 minutes the other day and each drove off without getting their order taken. 3rd... time it's happened to me. Terrible service. Last two times I was there in the drive thru, they took 2 - 3 other cars' ordersbefore getting to mine while I waited in the opposite lane. I really enjoy Burger King but this is terrible service. Got both orders wrong and had to make a 15 minute drive back to get it fixed. Receipt was keyed right but made wrong on the... chicken sandwiches. Wasn't busy or I could understand the mess up a bit more. Please try to do a little better on doublechecking the orders. Read more

Opening month they were fantastic. Latley tho its they have been a bit slow in drive thru. Food still tastes great but they are... slow. They take one order then give that car their food before taking the next persons order it seems. Read more

I went there to try to get lunch. the parking lot was empty and one car in the drive-thru. I get into the second drivethru to... wait and am told just a moment. fine thats ok. I wait. they take another car in lane 1. I'm getting a little frustrated. thenthey take a 3rd car in lane 1. so I'm sitting there. 12 minutes. waiting for them to take my order in the second drive thrulane. I'm about to drive off when they finally try to take my order. I tell them too late and drive to Wendy's. got my meal in 2minutes and drove back to work. seriously disappointing. Read more

Everytime you come to the drive through here you have to wait even if you are the only car. Went last night, Saturday, I pulled... into the inside drive thru. One car at the other drive before me. I was asked to wait. No problem. But took forever for them totake her order. Finally, she pulled around. I was asked to wait. Another car pulled to her spot. We both waited. Then, after along wait, there order was taken. I drove away. No cars at the window. It seemed like there only one person working, the diningroom was closed and there was only one car parked. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this place. Sad that this ishappening. Probably, won't go back because this seems to happen regularly. Read more

Ridiculously slow drive thru. Seriously, go to a real restaurant and sit down and a waitress will serve you faster. Fries were... cool to the touch, had zero salt, zero taste, were as chewy as the bun my sandwich came on, and were covered in spots. Ihonestly don't know how you screw fries up THAT badly. Sandwiches were only slightly hotter than lukewarm and poorly wrapped. Wewere never asked if we wanted our meals upsized, and the kid who took our order and gave us our food seemed like he was boredwith working there. But at least we got our receipt I can take the survey and reiterate our disappointment to corporate, so thatwas nice. Read more

One of the better Burger Kings that I've been to. It could have been cleaned up a little bit better, but the service was good... and the food was good. I got my hamburger with the condiments on the side, building the burger myself. The fries were fresh andthe chicken sandwich was good. Read more
