Wouldn't even give a whole star. But it won't let you put a review without a star. I was served the wrong burger and it was ice... cold. Don't think it was all the way thawed out. The tomatoes was warmer than the meat. I ordered, Extra onions, but got non...so the location of the onions are still unknown. 2 tiny pieces of lettuce, I guess the rest is wherever my extra onions are.While waiting on my "wrong" order, I got to watch a show... it was called "who ordered this?". The carhop couldn't find the guywho ordered a bowl of chili and a coke. So the guy had to run her down from the other side of the building to get his order.Wrong food, but free show. A little loud (it was, after all the weekend ! ????) They mixed our order up with someone else's, but fixed it pronto, let us... keep the wrong order and gave us a chip for a free med drink.... And..... Wait for it....................................APOLOGIZED ! EDIT... I WASN'T DISAPPOINTED ! I was actually IMPRESSED with the way that you handled the mistake !!! (Which bythe way, EVERYONE makes mistakes... BUT IT'S THE WAY YOU HANDLE THAT MISTAKE THAT MATTERS !!!) With everything going on in thecrazy pandemic atmosphere, no one wanting to work, employees being stretched to the limits, etc Almost NO ONE apologies andactually tries to make their customers satisfied... The service is very fast and very friendly each time we've been there. I even watched one young lady who worked there being... talked down to by the nastiest "KAREN" alive, and let's just say the young lady was very courteous and held her emotions incheck like a Boss. I could NOT have managed to be in control of myself as much as the young lady was. That "KAREN" lady wouldhave been handed a well deserved life lesson, 'free of charge' darlin;), had I been in that young lady's place. The order hasbeen right each time. My last two visits have been incredibly disappointing. The cheesecake shake I got was a soupy, warm mess with no cheesecake. ... The breakfast burrito was a bland tortilla full of bland eggs with a little melted cheese at the bottom. Might have to stopcoming here. Read more
The onion rings were like raw onions, hardly any crust around them and my little girls french fries were cold. ????
I eat at this sonic often and never had a bad experience until today. Had a buy on get one free coney coupon they still charged... me for two. Paid for onions and jalapenos on my tots didn't get them plus only got about half order of tots. Read more
Had to come home and recook my food! Onion rings were raw and cold and most had no batter!what did have batter smelled like... straight powdered sugar. Ordered extra lettuce and barely got a toddlers handful on my burger! Not to mention the burger had noketchup. Had to basically remake everything. Not coming back. Go to mcdonalds Read more
