My family and I would like nothing more than to get Wendy's food in Dayton because we really like Wendy's. However, we can't... because every time we try them again (a couple of times a year) hoping things have changed, someone gets sick. We NEVER havethis problem with the Wendy's in Soddy Daisy. We don't believe that cleanliness is a priority at this Wendy's. Read more

This has to be one of the worst Wendy's locations. Food was horrible. The people inside the building were very rude and... unprofessional? Would not be surprised to see this Wendy's location closed for good. Obviously, the owners don't take pride inthe quality of food or the quality service the customer should experience. Read more

Was there last week bought an order of French toast sticks, a sausage and egg biscuit and a frostycino. The French toast was... burned black no syrup. The sausage biscuit was bacon. Only three items and couldn't get t right. Could it be that every employeewe could see was on their phones Read more

Order was missing large fry and had to wait much longer than I should have. I had a mobile order and restaurant was not busy.... Not the first time they have forgotten something or got something wrong. Read more

They never give you a receipt in the drive thru. You have to beg them for one and then they give an attitude about it. Or... they'll say the printer isn't working and to basically get out of the drive thru there are other people. They could just aseasily ask for you to park and come inside if getting a receipt is that important. They don't give you a receipt so when theymess up an order they won't get in trouble. Either that or they're overcharging people and pocketing the money. First time Iwent there they left stuff out of my order. I called them and all they had to say was "Do you have your receipt? We can't giveyou a refund without it". No, because no one gave me one. After making a big enough deal about it they offered to replace themissing item. I'm not going to waste time explaining why a business should give it's customers a receipt or at least offerone. I don't think I'll be going to this Wendy's again. To their credit the food is descent and they are efficient at gettingit to you. But consistently not giving or even offering a receipt is a deal breaker. It's just asking for trouble and appearsdishonest. Read more
